Canon EOS Rebel T6i and T6s: Hands-On Review

HDR CAPABILITY? UP TO 5-9 DIFFERENT EXPOSURES LIKE THE 70D.
HDR in the T6i/T6s is available but will not be as robust of a feature as in the 70D. Three continuous shots are taken at varying exposures and condensed into one image in the T6i/T6s however this is done in a more automated way and does not allow for manual control over the exposure difference between shots as the 70D would allow for.
Can we run the camera from a charger instead of having to constantly swap out batteries?
There is not a charger per-se that would keep the battery constantly charged whilst shooting, however Canon does offer an AC Power adapter kit which would keep the camera constantly powered from a wall outlet for long periods. See the link below for details on the power adapter:
