We are so happy to announce that the B&H NYC SuperStore is going to reopen on Wednesday, July 1st! We want to welcome everyone back to enjoy the full B&H shopping experience. We have implemented new safety measures to ensure everyone’s—staff and customers—continued good health and hope to see you soon. And, please note that we continue to offer online purchasing with store pickup as soon as 30 minutes after order completion.
What to Expect When You Arrive
Our B&H experts are excited to say hello and help you find the right solutions for all your photo, computer, video, audio, and technology needs. It’s great to be back! You should know that we have made the following safety accommodations in accordance with NYS and CDC regulations:
- Limiting occupancy to provide everyone with plenty of space
- Requiring face coverings and recommending gloves for all customers and employees (masks and gloves will be available for free at the SuperStore entrance)
- Posting social distance markers and signage throughout the store
- Placing hand sanitizer stations throughout the store
- Installing Plexiglass dividers at all customer counters
- Throughout the day, we will be performing enhanced deep cleanings, placing emphasis on all surfaces, merchandise, and high-traffic areas
- All staff members will be screened every day before they come to work to ensure safe conditions
Due to high demand, you may see a higher-than-normal number of items labeled “Coming Soon,” “More on the Way,” or “Out of Stock.” We are restocking as fast as we can. As we reopen, we have slightly different hours than you may remember. The current opening hours are:
Sunday: 10a.m. - 6p.m.
Monday-Thursday: 10a.m. - 7p.m.
Friday: 10a.m. - 2p.m.
Also, in-store pickup will have different hours throughout the week:
Sunday: 10a.m. - 6p.m.
Monday-Thursday: 10a.m. - 8p.m.
Friday: 10a.m. - 2p.m.
