Starting as a small neighborhood �mom and pop� shop in New York City in the 1970�s, B&H has grown from humble beginnings to a world class source for audio, video, and photo equipment and services by building on a simple philosophy of honesty, knowledge and service. Once a two person business, B&H now employs over 1500 people and is home to a two story, city block long Superstore where customers can get up close with thousands of products and get professional advice from staff that have a �real world� working knowledge of the equipment.
We began as the �Professional�s Source� for audio, video and photo and quickly expanded into other areas of electronics at the request of our customers including consumer cameras, computers, optics, surveillance, and home and portable entertainment. Expanding on our professional lines we created �The Studio at B&H� which serves the broadcast, post-production and cinematography customers with the highest level of equipment and technical expertise.
