I bought similar xlr cable from other online seller to save a buck. My mistake, penny wise pound foolish, it was coarse, male pin might damage my expensive camera.

I bought this cable to use with my Sony H4n audio recorder. I've used it multiple times now and it works great.

I use this as my primary audio cable, but I always have a second back up cable.

Feels like good quality for a reasonable price. These completely black XLR's and cables look great with my new-to-me classic Panasonic DVC80 Mini DV cam. Why spend more? I'd rather put the money into some other nice toy.

I bought two of these to replace some VERY cheap VERY bad XLR cables that came with my mics (Package deal).

So far they seem to be of significantly higher quality (mostly in the plugs which fit MUCH tighter and snap in place much more securely then the el-cheapo ones).

They seem to be nice and quiet, although I haven't really done any serious testing with them, and at this point I'm just happy to be without the disconnects, pops, clicks and dropouts that were plaguing my el-cheapo cables.

We will see how long the hold up over the long run. One of them will be my "traveling cord" the other will be used more of a studio environment.

Little to none 'extra sound' but still produce very nice sounds for my home studio... they don't tangle easy or anything... I'd definitely buy them again

Not sure how excited one can get over an XLR cable, but it sure works. Using it between my Shure wireless equipment and my Sony HXR-NX5U and the sound is crisp and clear. Good stuff.

As cables go you can buy really cheap and get junk or you can spend a lot and get quality. This is a very good cable and the price is great. No rattles in the connectors and tight fit. I would definatley buy this again. B&H adds value most of the time.
