All of the Lights: Sony Releases New Party-Minded Speakers with Light Effects

0Share

Despite recent indications, spring is officially upon us, which means it’s time to ditch the winter wear and move the party outside. Good friends, good food, and, of course, good tunes are a must. To help DJ your beachside bacchanal or recreate that “live music” sound in your backyard, Sony has released three party-minded Bluetooth speakers, the SRS-XB21, SRS-XB31, and SRS-XB41.

Sony SRS-XB21 Portable Wireless Bluetooth Speaker

Each speaker boasts a core set of features that are identical regardless of variation: wireless connectivity with Bluetooth and NFC, ruggedized build, portable design, and built-in mic. On top of that, all three variations feature LIVE SOUND technology, which delivers a three-dimensional audio experience, and built-in lighting effects for a little atmospheric boost. The differences between the three speakers are primarily in size and battery duration. Starting with the XB21, the speakers come in progressively larger sizes with incrementally bigger drivers; likewise, both the XB31 and XB41 have a 24-hour battery life, while the XB21 offers 12 hours of playback.

All three speakers are available in various colors at B&H. Follow the links to see a full write-up of the speakers and pick out which one is right for you.
