Samsung Unveils New Neo QLED and Mini-LED TVs Powered by Samsung Vision AI

Samsung just launched several new models of mini-LED TVs powered by Samsung Vision AI. Featuring Samsung’s advanced mini-LED technology and the transformative power of AI, the new screens promise a groundbreaking viewing experience that redefines what Samsung TVs can do.

New Neo QLED Models for 2026

Headlining the massive product launch are new models of Samsung’s lauded Neo QLED series—the QN70H and QN80H. Core highlights for both models include Samsung’s “Quantum Mini LED” technology, AI-enhanced picture and sound quality, and adaptive features like 4K upscaling—just to name a few.

Both models also feature Samsung Vision AI Companion, Samsung’s conversational AI interface that allows you to ask questions, operate the TV, and personalize your viewing experience via a dedicated button on the remote and voice commands.

What sets the new models apart can largely be attributed to their AI processors. Like other Neo QLED screens, both the QN70H and QN80H feature a version of Samsung’s specialized NQ4 AI chip for picture and sound enhancement. However, while the QN70H is equipped with a first-generation NQ4 processor, the QN80H uses the second-gen chip.

According to Samsung, the Gen2 chip offers significant upgrades over the Gen1 version in terms of picture and sound quality, as well as processing speed. Such upgrades are likely noticeable in features like 4K upscaling, where the more powerful Gen2 processor will almost certainly produce better image quality than its predecessor.

The Gen2 chip also offers marginal boosts in Samsung’s motion-handling technology (Motion Xcelerator) and supports model-exclusive features like Real Depth Enhancer, which enhances the depth of scenes for a more “real-life” feel.

All that being said, Samsung’s Neo QLED series has been consistently great since it first debuted in 2021, so we feel comfortable saying that regardless of which model of screen or generation of chip you go with, as long as “Samsung” is printed somewhere on the box, you’re going to be happy with your choice.

The QN70H is available in screen sizes ranging from 43” to 85”, while the QN80H is currently available in sizes ranging from 55” all the way up to 100”.

New “Mini LED” Series Now Available

Samsung also unveiled its new midrange lineup of “Mini LED” TVs featuring the M70H and M80H. Both models utilize Samsung’s “enhanced Mini LED Technology” and “Pure Spectrum Color” for vibrant colors, cinematic depth, and precise 4K detail. Both screens also list Samsung Vision AI as one of their top selling points.

Similar to the new Neo QLED screens, what separates the Mini LED models are their chips. The M70H uses Samsung’s somewhat generically branded “Mini LED Processor 4K,” while the M80H features the more powerful NQ4 AI Gen2 chip.

The difference in chip performance is likely what you would expect: The M80H has a faster refresh rate, better 4K upscaling, and offers more powerful AI enhancements.

Because they are midrange models, both the M70H and M80H offer excellent value and tremendous bang for your buck. Case in point: You can hang a vibrant, AI-powered 75” 4K M70H mini-LED screen in your home for around $800. That’s actually kind of insane.

The M70H is available in screen sizes ranging from 43” to 85”, while the M80H is available in sizes ranging from 55” to 85”.

New Music Studio and Q-Series Speakers

The new mini-LED screens arrive a week after Samsung’s latest home theater offerings hit the market: the new Music Studio speakers and updated Q-Series soundbars.

First seen at CES 2026, the Music Studio speakers promise sound quality to match their impressive aesthetic. Meanwhile the updated Q-Series soundbar look to maintain Samsung’s well-earned reputation for producing some of the best home theater audio gear on the market.

Both sound systems are currently available in multiple configurations.
