Silence the Noise with New iFi AUDIO iPurifiers

Audiophiles plagued by "noisy" audio due to DC power or USB devices can rejoice now that iFi AUDIO has released three new iPurifier models and a new sound-damping rack for its compatible iFi AUDIO equipment. The DC iPurifier2 power conditioner is designed to reduce noise from the DC power source for the company's DAC or other audio devices. It works with most power supplies rated between 5 and 24V, has a 5.5 x 2.1mm barrel terminal, and includes adapters for 5.5 x 2.5mm and 3.5 x 1.35mm barrel connectors. Integrated polarity protection lets you know via a red LED if the input polarity is reversed. The DC iPurifier2 is engineered to be effective from 1 Hz to 5 GHz, but particularly in the audible range of 20 Hz to 20 kHz.

The iPurifier3 USB is purported to filter noise out of your USB signal and is available with either a USB Type-A or USB Type-B output. REclock, REbalance, and REgenerate technology is onboard to help minimize jitter and balance the data stream. They support PCM, DSD, and DXD audio files and sport two different types of capacitors. The iPurifier3 USB devices and the DC iPurifier all use Active Noise Cancellation2 to virtually eliminate incoming noise by generating identical but opposite frequencies to the noise.

iFi AUDIO Pro iRack

If those weren't enough, the Pro iRack will help keep your Pro-series iFi AUDIO equipment sonically isolated. It features a modular design and can be stacked to support up to three units. Micro-vibration control stores minimal energy while the multi-resonance damped sandwich construction helps provide enhanced damping and isolation.
