Forming complete lighting kits for the traveling photographer or videographer, Kinotehnik has released the Practilite 602 Smart LED Bi-Color Fresnel 2-Light Kit and 3-Light Kit, which bundle the lights with four-way barndoor sets, multi-voltage power adapters, and a hard shipping case for protecting the entire kit while traveling.
The Practilite 602 Smart LED is a compact, 3.2"-diameter Fresnel light offering versatile 15-75° spot-to-flood coverage, along with tunable color temperature settings from tungsten-balanced 3000K to daylight-balanced 6000K. Light intensity can be adjusted from 5-100% and COB LEDs are used to maintain a high CRI of 96 for faithful, accurate color rendering. Aiding adjustment over the lighting controls, the Practilite is also compatible with the Practilite Remote Control app for mobile devices running on iOS for wirelessly adjusting up to six fixtures. The fixtures can be powered from a 120-240 VAC outlet, or 12-28 VDC using an optional V-Mount or Gold Mount battery.
