Joining the powerful Nanlux Evoke 900C RGB spotlight are the new Evoke 150C and Evoke 600C, which both feature full RGB control using an updated 8-chip LED engine for vivid colors and a variety of options to your lighting kit. Both lights feature different levels of output power and an all-in one design with no external ballast, while the 150C features an ultralight design and the 600C kit comes with a handy trolley case and wired controller.
Powerful Output
Improving on the 900C, both lights support an extended CCT of 1000-20000K using the included reflector. Using the updated Nebula C8 light engine, both lights feature more accurate natural white, the full RGB color spectrum for total control over the color space, deeper saturation, warmer CCT, and added +/- green/magenta adjustments. The lights also offer tight, continuous 0-100% dimming control with a high CRI of 96 to maintain accurate color.
Full Control
Both lights also offer numerous output and operational control options, starting with the ability to add a variety of modifiers, such as the included 45⁰ reflector. The 150C accepts FE- and FM-mount modifiers and accessories, while the 600C accepts Bowens mount modifiers and accessories using its native BE mount. For remote control, you can utilize the Nanlink app, LumenRadio CRMX, the WS-RC-C2 remote control, DMX/RDM, or the WC-EXT wired controller, so you’re never without a remote option.
Rugged Design
The durable lights are constructed with the rigors of production in mind. They’re rated IP66 weatherproof so you can use them in rough wind, rain, or dust conditions, and they can withstand basic impacts when used in outdoor sets. In case production gets a bit too rough on your Evoke lights, the modular design allows various parts to be repaired/replaced quickly so you can keep your shoot going, and it’s also advantageous for rental houses and owner/operators.
The all-in-one design of the Evoke 150C and 600C makes them ultra-portable, and they are easy to power just by plugging in a cable. They are small enough to be powered by either AC or DC sources such as an external battery.
