Nanlux expands the Evoke line with its most portable offering to date, the new Evoke 5C RGB LED spotlight, available by itself, in a standard kit with magnetic accessories, or as part of an eight-light kit. This 6W fixture has a massive 1000-20,000K CCT range, alongside +/-200 green/magenta tint shifting and an extensive Gel Mode. The Evoke 5C weighs only 160g and measures 2.2 x 1.7 x 1.7" with IP67 weatherproofing.
The Evoke 5C has a built-in 3.7V, 1300mAh capacity battery that can be charged via USB-C. Like other Evoke fixtures, the 5C has Nanlux’s Nebula C8 color engine, which mixes red, deep red, amber, lime, green, cyan, blue, and indigo for more accurate tones. The 5C has CRI and TLCI ratings of 98 and includes 460 LEE and Rosco-branded gel effects, as well as 15 other built-in effects.
The Evoke 5C uses a magnetic accessory system with options that include a diffuser, barndoors, a snoot, and a soft dome. Without any of these attached, the light has a 25° beam angle. Available control modes are CCT, HSI, RGBW, XY, Gel, or Effect, and control methods include the wireless Nanlink smartphone app via Bluetooth. DMX/RDM and LumenRadio CRMX are also supported, alongside NFC functionality.
