Tilta is evolving their power offerings with a couple of unique new charging solutions for NP-F batteries. The All-In-One Recharge Companion for NP-FZ100s is a charger, case, card storage, card reader, and power bank all packed into a tiny 150g package. For older Sony L-Series batteries, Tilta now has a Foldable 6-Bay Charging Station, also available in kits with two or six NP-F970s. Both products have fast-charging features and thoughtful touches to streamline your next production.
The NP-FZ100 Recharge Companion is ideal for travel and on-the-go content creation, with 30W PD and QC fast-charge protocols for its two battery bays, as well as a 18W USB-C PD output to charge a phone or other accessories. Co-created with YouTuber Peter Lindgren, the Companion has built-in SD and microSD slots that function as storage or card readers with up to 312 MB/s transfer speeds. The cards can be read simultaneously, and the Companion can recharge both batteries simultaneously.
The L-Series 6-Bay Foldable has TFT color indicators for each bay, a built-in cooling system, and overcharge protection circuits. Its standard mode can fully charge six NP-F970s in six and a half hours, while the fast-charge mode prioritizes getting three batteries to 100% in five hours and eleven minutes. For this older style of battery, those are solid numbers. The charger collapses down for transport and weighs just 599g.
