I'm going to be very strict in my response to this… a photograph is defined in two dimensions, static and isolated in time and space. A digital image is something different, something fluid that can do many different things. To call it a photograph is misleading, it launches us back into history when it should be sending us forward. Photography is an increasingly artisanal process.
