Announcing the Tango Zoom Lens Line from DZOFilm

It’s here! The Tango Zoom lens line teased by DZOFilm at NAB earlier this year has finally dropped, adding cinema-grade optics and ENG functionality to your Super35 shooting. Two focal lengths—18 to 90mm and 65 to 280mm—are available in imperial and metric markings, as well as in two lens kits.

Native ARRI PL mounts and included EF bayonets make for wide compatibility with most cinema cameras. Each focal length features a 16-blade aperture for smooth bokeh. A maximum T2.9 aperture expands to T4 on the 65-280mm lens at maximum zoom. Minimal optical aberration and optimal color rendition make for images with natural reproduction, ideal for fashion projects, documentaries, and sports. Lens markings appear on both sides of the lens and are coated in luminous paint for improved visibility in low-light conditions.

Each lens in the series is compatible with the Movcam servo drive unit for the option to control the focus, iris, and zoom settings of your lens remotely. Using servo units is best suited for broadcast applications and large-scale events.

Pick up the 18 to 90mm or 65 to 280mm zoom lenses in either imperial or metric markings or in bundles of two with a hard case to carry the included shims, caps, bayonets, and lens support accessories.
