B&H is proud to announce the return of the Depth of Field Conference. This one-of-a-kind virtual event is tailored to the professional portrait, wedding, and event photography market, and features an incredible lineup of presenters, motivational speakers, and interactive experiences—not to mention the return of our popular Depth of Field Challenge.
This year, for the first time ever, DOF will be an online-only event. The event kicks off February 1 with a comprehensive lead-up program featuring webinars, professional image critiques, and more. The main event takes place March 7 and 8, and will be streamed live on the B&H Presents: Depth of Field web page. Make sure you register beforehand to receive all the latest news and information on the main event presentation and the month-long series of activities leading up to it.
About the Show
This is the fourth installment of B&H’s Depth of Field Conference. The original campaign was held in 2018, and in three short years, DOF has already become the must-attend event for portrait, wedding, and event photographers. This year, not only are we going completely virtual, but we’re also stretching the show out from a two-day event into a month-long spectacle featuring a ton of awesome activities, including our super-informative webinar series on building your photography business and skill set.
Following the lead-up program, the DOF main event will play out over the course of two days. During the event, virtual attendees will gain insight and motivation from industry-leading professionals, participate in exclusive online workshops and Q&As, and so much more.
This year’s keynote speaker will be world-renowned photographer Mark Seliger. Joining Seliger is an incredible roster of top industry pros and brand ambassadors. Each speaker will deliver a virtual presentation on topics in their fields of expertise. Whether you’re looking for real-world tips on craft or building up your business, or you just want some inspiration—there’s a presentation for you.
In addition to the presentations, DOF offers a ton of interactive experiences and opportunities. For those looking to gain some critical insight into their work, we’re including Image and Business Critique sessions with legendary photographer Jerry Ghionis. The exciting opportunities don’t stop there. Along with professional critiques, this year’s event also includes the return of the popular Depth of Field Challenge and an exclusive show catalog with tons of great promotions, among many other valuable perks.

How to Attend
Attending DOF is easy. Simply visit the Depth of Field web page for access to this unique livestream experience. Once you’re there, click on the Register Now button if you haven’t already done so. The registration process is fast, straightforward, and totally free. Registration is not required to attend the event, but it is highly recommended. Once you’re registered, you’ll be able to stay up to date with all the latest news, contest and schedule information, and announcements related to DOF.

For those who aren’t able to stream the presentation, fret not. We’ll be uploading several of the main stage presentations to the B&H Photo Video YouTube Channel, so even if you miss out on certain lectures, you’ll be able to enjoy them at your convenience.
