Compact cameras can be stylish and effective companions for everyday carry, as evidenced by Fujifilm's latest mirrorless release: the X-T100. Available in Black, Dark Silver, and Champagne Gold, this 24.2MP APS-C camera also delivers fast performance with a phase-detect autofocus system and plenty of automated functions. Controls have been taken up a notch from Fujifilm's other entry-level options with the addition of a 0.62x electronic viewfinder for eye-level viewing, and a horizontal tilting rear LCD for selfies. An improved SR+ Auto Mode is present for automated subject and scene recognition, allowing the camera to determine the best settings to capture the moment. The X-T100 weighs just under a pound for easy carry and can capture up to 430 frames on a single charge. Additionally, it features Bluetooth Low Energy for wireless transfers and, of course, features Fujifilm's proprietary Film Simulation and Advanced Filter modes. The X-T100 will be available as a kit with the 15-45mm lens.
