Pelican, maker of high-performance protective cases, is announcing the launch of its new Configurable Ruggedized All-terrain Transport Ecosystem (CRATE) hard cases, available in 45L and 90L capacities. Engineered for precision organization as much as protection, CRATE’s modularity and mobility make it an ideal storage solution in military, first responder, industrial, and creative applications.
The new CRATE cases come in both black and tan colorways.
The key to CRATE’s improved modularity is the line’s intentional stackability. The industrial design of the lid and foot ensure the bottom of one crate interlocks with the top of the other, reinforcing stacked stability across both CRATE sizes. Additionally, the multi-position removeable lid opens from either side for quick access without unstacking.
CRATE’s organizational benefit comes from its integrated ModRail compatibility. Built specifically for the ecosystem, ModRail exterior attachment points transform CRATE cases into a versatile and configurable mounting platform. Merge them with your own t-slot rail attachments without drilling or permanent vehicle modifications, then lock them into place in seconds with the ModRail Bar Loop or Cleats.
CRATE hard cases are made from a reliable Pelican HPXC resin, delivering IP67-rated performance against water, dust, and impact. The cases also boast padlockable hasps, an automatic pressure equalization valve, and reinforced grab handles to better secure your gear and simplify the process.
Other accessories for the CRATE include divider panels for both 45L and 90L sizes, interior trays for both sizes, and the EZ-Click MOLLE Lid Panel.
Pelican is also announcing Lunar White colorways for its ATX Hardsided Roller Cases in all three sizes: 22” Carry-On, 25” Check-In, and 30” Check-In.
