Julieta “Jules” Gismondi and LouAnne Harris, river guides and paddling instructors at Manhattan Kayak + SUP [Stand Up Paddling], in New York, NY, are two such people. Together, the friends are known as the Atlantic SUPergirls, and as their story proves, the name is apt.
