We at B&H are pleased to announce the introduction of an exciting new player in the world of VR, the rugged 360fly HD Spherical VR Camera. Featuring an ultra-fisheye lens and built to withstand the most active of lifestyles, the 360fly allows you to capture HD-quality VR video anywhere, anytime. The 360fly works in concert with the free 360fly app to record, edit, and share all your adventures and broadcast them live in immersive VR.
The camera itself is a diminutive 2.6" sphere. Inside its water-, dust-, and shock-resistant body is a single eight-element glass f/2.5 ultra fisheye lens that boasts an industry-leading, 240-degree field of vision. The single-lens and ultra-wide FOV design allows you to capture immersive, interactive 360-degree video without seaming or stitching. And because the 360fly also features 32GB of storage and a powerful built-in battery, you can record up to three hours of 360° HD-quality video (1504 x 1504 pixels) directly to the device or streamed live to users’ VR headsets, including the just-announced 360fly Virtual Reality Smartphone Headset.
Several accessories are available for the 360fly as well, including the adhesive bases that come with the device, as well as additional mounts and adapters (sold separately). These accessories allow you to attach the camera to your helmet, surfboard, ATV, or anywhere else you might need to capture the all action around you.
