Mars M1: A 3-in-1 Solution
Ideal for focus pullers and directors monitoring their principal camera, the Mars M1 combines the capabilities of a transmitter, receiver, and a monitor all in a single 5.5" device. The screen itself has 1000 cd/m² brightness for high visibility and Rec.709 for accurate color reproduction. Various imaging tools give the M1 the traditional features of a monitor with functions like 3D LUTs, 4x zoom, focus peaking, and exposure assist, among other settings. Dual HDMI and SDI interfaces expand the monitor’s connectivity and offer compatibility over various production and post-production applications.
Capable of integrating with other Mars transmission lines, the M1 can transmit up to 4K video over 450' with ultra-low latency. Smart Channel Scan secures a stable, interference-free connection with optimal channel selection. Creating a wireless ecosystem is easy with the M1, whether that be transmitting to multiple monitors, mobile devices, or within systems like the Mars 400S Pro or Mars 4K. Simply toggle between modes on the monitoring screen or configure with the iOS and Android compatible app.
Mars 4K: UHD 4K Video Transmission with Ultra-Low Latency
Built for the performance-conscious prosumer, the Mars 4K system delivers UHD 4K signals up to 450' with a 0.06s latency for reliable, high-quality communication. An upgraded, dual-core codec chip has a data-transfer rate of 12 Mb/s. Like the Mars M1, the 4K system features HDMI and SDI dual interfaces and Smart Channel Scan, which further ensure a stable connection and expanded compatibility. The Hollyland philosophy of modular system setup extends to the Mars 4K with use of the Android and iOS app. This allows you to create wireless ecosystems of the Mars 4K with varying combinations of mobile devices and the M1 monitor, depending on the needs of your production. It supports three types of power—whether that be via DC adapters, NP-F series batteries, or a USB Type-C power source—for efficient integration into your preexisting setup.
