Video Input/Output
The Instream maintains the same resolution support up to 1080p60 using the H.264 codec as the YoloBox Pro, but it is smaller and more portable with its 7" LCD touchscreen, has a powerful Qualcomm SnapDragon 8-core processor, and weighs only 1.3 lb. It features two HDMI video inputs and a USB Type-A video input, letting you switch between them, and an HDMI output allows you to view your stream on a local monitor. The Instream utilizes RTMP/RTMPS/MJPEG streaming protocols. It also supports multiple network infrastructure options, including the RJ45 Ethernet port and Wi-Fi, and you can stream from anywhere using an optional 4G mobile nano-SIM card.
Recording
Record your live program easily using the built-in SD card slot on the Instream, which records in the popular mp4 file format. A mic input lets you connect a microphone to add audio to your recorded program and there is a headphone output to monitor the stream’s audio. The Instream supports SD cards up to 128GB so you can record long-form programming.
Image Tools
With the Instream, you not only have seamless streaming ability for your HDMI and USB video inputs, but you can also add different features to your videos using the built-in lower thirds, animated countdown templates, real-time comment overlays, and graphics such as logos, watermarks, and rolling captions.
