B&H is proud to announce that we have new FeelWorld monitors available to kit out your camera or production suite. Perfect for your on-camera monitoring, the new FeelWorld 550, S450-M, A737, and FH7 are all suited for modern cameras, as they all accept 4K video over HDMI, with the 550, S450-M, A737 also accepting 4K DCI. The new 4K101HSD-256 and P215-9DSW, on the other hand, are designed for studios, production suites, or other facilities that require video monitoring. If you prefer a smaller screen for lightweight rigs, the 4.5” S450-M and the 5.5” 550 monitors will get the job done. Though the screens are small, they don’t skimp on resolution. The S450-M has a 1280x800 IPS LCD, while the 550 sports a full-HD 1920x1080 IPS LCD panel. Both monitors can be battery powered with readily available L-series (NP-F) batteries, and both feature monitoring tools that are great for ensuring sharp focus, consistent composition, and proper exposure.

Sometimes you need a larger monitor to view your camera feed. In that case, have a look at the A737 and the FH7 models. Both models can display full-HD video natively and feature a slim design that can fit in tight spaces on your rig while keeping the weight down. Like the on-camera models above, L-series battery plates are included, and internal monitoring tools are available. Both the A737 and the FH7 feature a resolution of 1920 x 1200, plus the monitor controls on the A737 are at the front as opposed to the FH7, which has them atop the chassis.

For situations where larger monitors are required, the 4K101HSD-256 and P215-9DSW should be considered. The 4K101HSD-256 is a compact broadcast panel, measuring 10.1”. Its 2560x1600 IPS LCD screen can display either one signal over the whole screen, or up to four separate signals using the four HDMI inputs, great for multi-source applications. The P215-9DSW is designed for studio and field ENG, EFP, and cinema use. Its robust build and wide array of input options make it very versatile. While out in the field, the monitor can be conveniently powered by a V-mount battery. To round out the feature set, an expanded set of monitoring tools, including waveform and vectorscope are built into the P215-9DSW. Both the 4K101HSD-256 and the P215-9DSW can accept tally input for interfacing with broadcast gear.
