The ZEISS line of Supreme Prime lenses provides you with high-speed, full-frame and larger sensor coverage, suiting today’s and future cine-style large-format cameras. These large-format lenses feature fast maximum apertures (T1.5 for most), ZEISS eXtended Data metadata technology, smooth focus fall-off, and a crisp, organic look. Currently available in 25, 29, 35, 50, and 85mm and focal lengths, a 100mm is also scheduled to be released in 2018, with an eventual total of 13 lenses in the line, ranging from 15 to 200mm.
Camera assistants will appreciate the Supreme Primes’ ergonomic elements, like the 95mm front diameter common to most of the line, standardized focus and iris gear rings that facilitate quick lens changes, and the compact, relatively lightweight design. The Supreme Primes’ barrels rotate smoothly, even in the coldest temperatures, and the lenses are built to withstand rugged location use.
Interchangeable PL, LPL, and EF mounts provide the ZEISS Supreme Primes with compatibility across a range of cameras. The primes are available individually with reversible feet/meter focus scales, or in a six-lens kit.
