Here at B&H Photo, we're excited to announce the new Zhiyun-Tech SMOOTH-XS Kits, available in pink and white. They feature the SMOOTH-XS, a gimbal stabilizer and so much more. With an elegant design, the gimbal is small, fast, and easy to use. It incorporates advanced features that take shooting with your smartphone to another plane. Small enough to fit in your pocket when not in use, simply slide out the support arm to use. In addition to its gimbal capabilities, the SMOOTH-XS features a 10" telescoping rod built into the handle, which turns it into a gimbal-stabilized selfie stick for smooth shots while vlogging on the move. A single button touch rotates your phone from landscape to portrait mode for livestreaming. An included mini tripod allows you to set the SMOOTH-XS on a flat surface for hands-free shooting and vlogging.
Pairing the SMOOTH-XS with the downloadable ZY Cami app allows you to unlock the full power of the system. From control of your smartphone’s camera, to image control and adjustment, gesture control to start recording, and even editing your footage, the app supports your creativity. The app also provides you with filmmaking templates and modes such as panoramic, slow motion, and time-lapse to choose from. The SmartFollow 2.0 feature allows you to select a subject and have the gimbal automatically adjust to always keep your subject in view and in focus, even as your subject, and you, move, relieving you of the worry of missing important action. The app is available for both iOS and Android. The SMOOTH-XS supports smartphones from just under 2" wide to 3.5" wide, weighing up to 8.2 ounces. The integrated battery will run the gimbal for up to 5.5 hours. The kits include the gimbal, mini tripod, hand strap, USB Type-C charging cable, and soft carry bag.
