Built-In Calibration Sensor

DCI 4K HDR Display
Unlike some HDR monitors, the ColorEdge PROMINENCE HDR series avoids the dimming of lighter areas seen with Auto Brightness Limiting (ABL) and the halo effects sometimes found with Local Dimming technology. Instead, the ColorEdge PROMINENCE CG3146 reliably produces accurate colors and brightness in each and every pixel. This reference monitor also supports both the SDR-compatible HLG gamma curve suitable for live broadcasting and the PQ curve for feature films, streaming, and other video content displays. To accurately reproduce HDR images, the ColorEdge PROMINENCE CG3146 provides both a 1000 cd/m2 h brightness level and a typical contrast ratio of 1,000,000:1 for displaying true blacks in your imagery. This monitor supports video resolutions up to DCI 4K60 via SDI, up to 12-bit 4:2:2 at 50/60p via HDMI, and up to 10-bit 4:4:4 at 50/60p via its DisplayPort input. Additional display features include 3D LUT support, real-time, automatic adjusting to temperature changes, screen uniformity, luminance and out-of-gamut warnings, a 4K zoom function, and a quick three-minute setup time.
