We hope you haven’t completed your holiday wish list just yet, because Moza has introduced its latest compact gimbal stabilizer, the Moza AirCross 3. This lightweight gimbal is foldable and it’s perfect for tucking into your backpack, with four handling configurations and a 7 lb capacity that’s compatible with a greater variety of cameras and lenses. This flexible stabilizer is also available in a Pro Kit with a Moza iFocus-M Wireless Lens Motor and the Moza iFocus Wireless Follow Focus Hand Unit that enable you to add pro-style focus pulls to your footage.
Folding Ergonomic Design
A truly compact design enables the AirCross 3 to fold down to the size of a sheet of A4 paper―that’s the standard size found in your office printer. The body has also been updated with a more ergonomic, metal build that’s more comfortable to operate. Other updates include a redesigned UI (user interface), more accessory mounting options including three ¼"-20 threads and two cold-shoe mounts, and a single button for start/stopping your video and for capturing still photos.
Four Configurations
This latest model of the AirCross can be configured four ways to help you get just the shot you envisioned. These consist of the single-handed Classic mode, the Sling mode that lets you under-sling your camera for low-mode shots, the Dual Handle mode for an arm-relieving two-handed grip, and the Grip Extension mode for use with the Moza Slypod Pro motorized monopod. A dual-mode quick release plate lets you quickly switch from horizontal to the social-media friendly vertical mode.
All-Day Power
The AirCross 3’s two USB Type-C ports let you use an external power bank to charge the gimbal while simultaneously powering your camera, a perfect solution for all-day events and for colder environments that shorten battery life. The integrated Moza Spark Power supply now enables you to compress up to 19 hours of your day into a time-lapse sequence.
Shooting Modes
In addition to stabilization, time-lapse, and inception modes, the AirCross 3 has updated Sports and Manual functions. Sports mode 2.0 lets you choose between five adjustable speed controls and Manual Position 2.0 mode enables you to grab the gimbal and manually tweak the camera’s position and have it remain there―an ideal solution for quick, on-the-fly frame tweaking.
Moza’s new Intelligent AI “Brick” Module enables hand-gesture control of the gimbal―perfect for vloggers―and it offers a tracking mode that is especially useful when subject and gimbal operator are moving, aka a “walk-and-talk” shot.
Improved Performance
Additional updates include a stronger motor and the introduction of the Deep Red algorithm for better control and improved stability.
Order your Moza AirCross 3 and get out there to start creating captivating footage of all your activities and travels.
