New Blackmagic Design Advanced Panels for Controlling ATEM Switchers

0Share

We are pleased to announce the release of two new Advanced Panels from Blackmagic Design. The ATEM 2 M/E and ATEM 4 M/E work perfectly with any Blackmagic ATEM switcher, providing advanced control over their functions, allowing you to create finished, polished programs without compromise. Crucial to producing a live program with fades, wipes, lower thirds, keying, and other effects, the Advanced Panels allow you to take full advantage of the ATEM switcher, using a large control surface with plenty of room to work.

Each panel is customizable, so you can configure the buttons and controls to suit the way you work, and they both feature durable buttons, a T-bar fader for each M/E, as well as a 3-axis joystick for flexibility. The 2 M/E panel sports two Mix/Effect rows with twenty buttons per row, while the 4 M/E features four Mix/Effect rows with 40 buttons per row. The difference isn’t in how many effects you can apply, just in how many streams you can work on at once. Each row in the M/E is independent of the effects from the other rows, and the panels feature LCDs for custom labeling of each row, and each button in that row, removing the worry of forgetting what each control has been set to do.

So, check out the new 2 M/E and 4 M/E Advanced Panels from Blackmagic and unleash the power of your ATEM switcher.
