Streaming Versatility
The Prism Flex offers a variety of streaming options to accommodate your various workflows. Selections include HEVC/H.265 and AVC/H.264 compression and RTMP, RMTPS, SRT, MPEG-TS, and RTSP protocols. These encoder and decoder components support nuanced HDR imaging in 1080p HD and 4K resolutions and offer point-to-point and multi-point live streaming suitable for studio, live event, and educational use. Network bonding is available using an optional Teradek Core subscription.
Connectivity
The compact Prism Flex encoder supports multiple Internet inputs, including fast Wi-Fi 6 compatibility. Its interface includes two RJ45 Gigabit Ethernet ports, one SDI (BNC) input and one output, one USB-2 Type-C port and one USB-3 Type-C port for dual-modem use, and two antenna mounts. Power is supplied through a 2-pin LEMO-type port and there is a physical on/off switch.
Prism App
Compatible with iOS and Android devices, the Prism app enables you to manage and monitor your streaming from afar with resolution, bitrate, and network status review. The Prism app is also used when setting up the optional network bonding.
