Sony FE 70-200mm f/4 G OSS II Reviews
Fantastic
For the type of shooting I do, not quite true macro but closer than most lenses allow, this is my dream lens. I literally haven't touched any of my other lenses in months since I got this. The bokeh is beautiful, the sharpness is amazing (seriously, it out performs my Voigtlander 110mm macro at 100%, to the point where I sold the Voigt), and it's honestly pretty compact for what it is. I found my dream lens, I can't recommend it highly enough.
Surprisingly good lens for Sony shooters
Although I already own a Sony 70-200mm F2.8 GM II, I decided to purchase the F4 version to gain macro capability and to shed some weight in my travel kit. After testing it out, the F4 (at least my copy) seems to be equally as good as the F2.8 GM II. The macro performance is a great surprise, though I no longer own a macro lens for comparison. Overall, highly recommended.
