The SE425G Uninterrupted Power Supply from CyberPower features four battery and surge protected outlets complete with a 120 V AC nominal input voltage and a 50/60 Hz ± 3 Hz input frequency when connected to a reliable power source. In case of a power failure you benefit from an On-Battery Output Voltage of 120 V AC ± 5% and an On-Battery Output Frequency of 50/60 Hz ± 1%. The on-battery power comes in a simulated sine wave form helping to provide a consistent flow of power until regular power is restored. Aside from the integrated backup power options, this UPS comes equipped with both circuit breaker protection and an electrical wiring fault indicator to detect possible wiring problems within the outlet.

Battery and Surge Protected Outlets
The unit has four battery powered and surge protected outlets to ensure temporary uninterrupted operation of your equipment during a power failure.
Full-Time Surge Protection Outlets
This unit comes with four surge suppression outlets.
Power Switch
This unit comes equipped with an integrated power switch allowing you to easily power the UPS on and off. You also benefit from an alarm alerting you when the battery is low.
Power On Indicator
The LED is illuminated when the utility power is normal and the UPS outlets are providing power, free of surges and spikes.
Electrical Wiring Fault Indicator
This LED indicator will illuminate to warn the user that a wiring problem exists. The unit will not provide surge protection without being plugged into a grounded and properly wired wall outlet.
Communication Protection Ports
Communication protected ports will protect any standard modem, fax, or telephone line.
Circuit Breaker
Located on the side of the UPS, the circuit breaker provides overload and fault protection.
Outlets Designed for AC Adapters
This UPS unit has four widely-spaced outlets, so AC power adapters can be plugged into the UPS without overlapping or blocking adjacent outlets.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Good Product For Basic Power Needs I am giving this five stars even though it has one shortcoming that I did not think about when purchasing. While there are plenty of outlets for your basic needs, the instructions suggest that you not plug a laser printer into the unit as the power draw might damage the power supply. This was not a big deal for me as I only turn my printer on when I am using it and I just ran it through an existing surge protector for safety. Overall the unit is working great and seems to be doing its job and was easy to setup and use. If you need a basic UPS and don't need to run your computer for an extended time after a power outage, this one is great and the price is good, also. If you want to run a lot of juice through a power supply or need extended use in a power outage, you might want to step up to something a bit bigger. This is perfect for me and I would buy another one, if the need arises.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Third Cyberpower product and very pleased We have a lot of power outages and have a standby generator. I needed a unit to power my modem and router during the time that the power goes out and the generator kicks in. This unit does the job perfectly. I have a larger Cyberpower UPS on my desktop computer and another on my TV and DVR. The oldest unit is going on three years and no problems to date.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from I would buy this product again Not the most powerful backup power supply but it is affordable. Product specs says it will be enough to run a laptop/computer for 10 mins after a power outage. That is enough to save your work so you don't lose anything but obviously not enough to keep working on. Still worlds better than potentially losing hours of work from a power outage.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Supplied battery in unit is incredibly small. Honestly, even on a sale price, this UPS is very under-powered and the battery is incredibly small. It is incredibly hard to get into the battery Bay to see what battery comes with the device. And the manufacturer hides this information very well. Once you get into the battery Bay you will see that it is a very small battery that may give you only a few minutes of backup. I cannot recommend this unit and you should instead by a unit that has a larger battery with longer run time.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Cannot disable the alarm I thought this model would allow me to disable the alarm but unlike other models by Cyber Power it does not.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Don't Buy Cyberpower units If you want to smell what a hot circuit smells like buy this product. Ihave purchased 3 of these unit from B&H , 2 [425 VA, 255 watt units] and [1, 550VA-330 watt unit] after oneweek of plugging these units in they still smell like they are burning up. Even when no load is applied. and one

Rated 5 out of 5 by from CyberPower SE425G Purchased for surveillance system backup which includes 4 separate power supplies, and a 1080P monitor which gets used on demand. The entire house backed up by standby generator so just need this to keep system online until genset comes online after power failure, about 30 seconds most. Note:one side a little warm even after initial 8hr battery charge per instructions(which it really didn't need). Warranty says its 3 years and it covers the battery, now who does that anymore?
