The diffuser doesn't hold up to long-term use, and there is nothing to keep it tight around the umbrella. I had to resort to using tape to keep it in place, which looks pretty junky, considering I can get an impact one for less money, and it has the ability to tighten it on both sides to keep it in place. Save your money and headaches and buy a generic one.

Creates a nice soft light source that wraps around the subject. I like umbrella modifiers for this reason, and the diffuser makes the light slightly softer. Happy with my purchase.

Is it possible to put 2 or even 3 of these on my umbrella at the same time?
Each diffuser would cut about one stop of light. You might be able to add a few, but you would have to be careful not to over load the umbrella frame.

This appears to be the same as my .5 diffuser but is advertised as 1.5. Test with a light meter yields the same measurement?
Measurements with the latest Sekonic 858U with a 1% spot reading are showing us a light loss of 1.5 stops in the superstore.
