The LENSKIRT Flexible Lens Hood features suction cups that attach to glass to help block out internal environmental reflections while shooting. This allows you to shoot photographs and video through glass without worrying about lights, flashes, or you showing up in the final image. It opens up with a drawstring in order to fit securely around your lens. It is compatible with lenses up to 8" in diameter, and the 9 x 10" opening will work with lenses as wide as 15mm.

Lenskirt LSKIRT1 Reviews
Excellent Product
The lenskirt is a great product for taking photos from indoors. Sure, a black t-shirt can technically accomplish the same task. This product lets you better focus on composing/taking your photos, especially when taking pictures from rooms with bright light. If you are trying to take pictures at angles greater than 45 degrees to the window, I would consider getting the XL size. Overall, the price is worth it for the functionality.
Does the job, but suction cup attachment to hood is poor.
Used the LensSkirt taking photos through the windows of old buildings at Bodie State Historic Park. We found that the suction-cup feet were not firmly attached to the LensSkirt, so if you weren't very careful releasing them from the window (which could be difficult, since the situation was sometimes awkward) you could easily pull them off the hood. You can put them back (assuming you don't lose either the little plastic plug or the suction cup), but they should be designed with a sturdier attachment. Other than that, the LensSkirt did very well at keeping the reflections out of the photos.
