The Milestone 3-Year Care Plus for XProtect Expert DL provides device support for three years to your XProtect Expert VMS system. This SUP (Software Upgrade Plan) is required for each device that you use with your VMS. The device (camera or microphone) itself is not included with the VMS or this SUP, this is only a software upgrade plan. This SUP is for systems with active SUP plans that have not yet expired.
Please note that in order for your VMS to remain current ,it requires its own SUP, and each camera/microphone connected to your VMS must also have its own active SUP.
