Watch, pause, and record live TV over your home's network with the SiliconDust Simple.TV Dual Tuner Digital Video Recorder. This device connects to your network via its 100 Mb/s Ethernet connection, and can stream video to up to 5 devices. Dual high-definition tuners are built-in, and an RF input is onboard for interfacing an aerial antenna or ClearQam cable connection; the antenna is sold separately. You can also connect an optional hard drive to the tuner's USB 2.0 port for recording free over-the-air television broadcasts. Additionally, the Simple.TV DVR supports streaming to devices such as the Chromecast, Roku, and Apple TV.

With the included basic service you can watch, pause and record live TV, record two shows at once, and get TV show details and images. A premium subscription is also available for an additional charge, paid annually or as a one-time fee. The premium service adds worldwide remote access, whole season automatic series recordings, pause and resume on select devices, and early access to new features.

Using the free apps for iOS, Android, and Windows Phone 8, you can watch live TV or your recorded favorites on portable devices throughout your home. Premium subscribers can watch content from a remote location, anywhere Internet access is available. The app is available in the iTunes App Store, Google Play, Roku Channel Store, Windows and Windows Phone Store, and for the Kindle Fire.
