Mastering Pack 1.1 +AXX DSP from Flux brings together four essential processors required for professional mastering duties. Solera v3 +AAX DSP delivers multiple dynamic processing including a compressor, expander, de-compressor and de-expander, all available from a single interface.
Pure Limiter v3 +AAX DSP provides transparent limiting while increasing the average audio level without damaging the perceived audio quality. Epure v3 +AAX DSP features five, full bandwidth EQ sections that can be used for either tonal adjustments or surgical treatments. And Elixir v3 +AAX DSP is a true-peak multichannel limiter plug-in intended to fulfill the requirements of broadcast, post-production and mastering.
This bundle supports AAX DSP processing while also providing the Native versions of the plug-ins.
The Solera v3 from Flux is a dynamics plug-in that combines a compressor, expander, de-compressor and de-expander. All four are available simultaneously in the user interface, and can process in parallel. A side chain section features a three-band equalizer to allow for frequency sensitive processing, as well as an option for inputting an external side-chain signal. This version supports AAX DSP processing while also providing the Native versions of the plug-in.
Three release modes are available - manual, auto and advanced (with fully adjustable minimum and maximum release values) as well as an auto delay function that allows for zero attack times. In addition to the more common dynamics processing controls (ratio, attack, release, etc.,) the software provides control over two parameters that are unique to dynamics processing; Dynamics Ratio and Level Independent Detection (LID), which use the dynamic range content of the signal and not just the signal levels.
Dynamics Ratio controls the amount of auto-ratio determined by the signal dynamics and the manual ratio setting. This increases the dynamic impression and keeps some crests by adjusting in real time the ratio of every dynamic processing section in regards to both the current ratio settings and the signal content. LID controls the amount of auto-threshold determined by the signal dynamics and the manual threshold value, providing processing of the audio signal independently of the sound level.

The AAX DSP and native Elixir Multichannel Limiter from Flux is a native AAX format compatible limiter plug-in designed for broadcast, post-production, and mastering applications. It has ITU-R BS.1770 / EBU R128 compliancy. The Elixir's interface provides straightforward operation, and features an input level control, a threshold control, and an output level control for make-up gain. For mastering applications, you can engage the Stages mode that evenly divides the processing into stages based upon the selected threshold for precision and transparent results. Elixir can handle up to 8 channels of audio, making it compatible for up to 7.1 surround mixing.
Please note: The AAX version of this plug-in requires Pro Tools version 10 or later, and requires Pro Tools version 11 for 64-bit operation. An iLok is required for this product's license.

The AAX native and DSP version of the Epure V3 5-Band Parametric EQ from Flux is designed for surgical-style equalization over 5 bands with mid/side encoding and decoding, allowing you to EQ your stereo content independently from your mono sources. Each band can be altered up to +/-24 dB. Epure V3 has 8 channels of audio in and out, allowing it to be used for 7.1 surround mixing purposes. It supports native and DSP AAX formats on Windows and Mac.
Please note, the AAX native version requires Pro Tools 10 or later, and requires Pro Tools 11 for 64-bit operation.
