The Trantec S4.4 Series G5-US Q Wireless UHF Presenter System by TOA is a multi-function transmitter, microphone, and receiver that can be used in various environments for applications such as live stage, theater, rehearsals, lectures, houses of worship, and more. It features an omnidirectional lavalier microphone, beltpack transmitter, diversity receiver, and AC adapter. It has a frequency response of 60Hz to 16kHz and features PLL quartz tuning, with 4 user selectable channels. The transmitter is powered by a 9V battery and can run for approximately 10 hours. A LED battery status indicator is built into the belt pack transmitter. The transmitter also features a detachable antenna to prevent breakage in transport. The input jack is a locking 1/8" (3.5mm) jack, and there is switch for selection between instrument and microphone input impedance. This multi-function system features 4 switchable frequencies and the latest PLL quartz tuning.
The Trantec S4.4 receiver features LED readout for AF Peak, Level, RF Level, and Diversity Channel A or B. This receiver is built with an XLR and 1/4" output jack with user adjustable gain controls for each. A user adjustable squelch is also located on the receiver. Built in a metal enclosure, it employs a compander noise reduction circuit to minimize the influence of ambient RF noise. The S4.4 wireless system can be used for powerful vocal performance or general speech applications.
