    Lexar 64GB UHS-II SDXC reviews

    64GB Professional 2000x UHS-II SDXC Memory Card with SD UHS-II Reader (U3, Class 10) is rated 4.2 out of 5 by 79.
Rated 5 out of 5 by from Super fast, great price. I use this card in a Fuji X-T1 and the only way to get the full burst rate and a decent user experience with the camera is with a UHS-II card like this one. 64gb gets you upwards of 1500 RAW photos with the X-T1. The included card reader is very fast - faster than using the built-in SD slot in my rMBP - so use it! Your photos will download much faster with this card as long as you have USB 3.0. All in all, a no brainer. Buy the fastest cards you can afford. You'll have the highest burst rate your camera can shoot at, faster writes to the card after bursts and long exposures, and faster downloads to your computer.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from I had one that completely failed I can't believe a card that that cost so much would fail me. I Initially thought that my 4K camera didn't write properly to the card so I transferred the files that I had on the card over to my computer and wiped the card. I then used it again but to my amazement it now has completely failed. I no longer can read from it. I recovered files before on bad sd cards, but the card at it's current status, I've basically lost all the footages that I've took. I hope a replacement will change my mind about the way it performs. Losing footage, and pictures does not make me happy because it wastes my time.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Performs well and is my go to media I use the card primarily in my Canon 6D for photo shoots and short videos and it performs extremely well in both applications. Write speed is plenty fast for use in the studio as well as for 4K video shoots. I have used both SanDisk and Lexar media for many years and have found both brands to be reliable. The Lexar offers great performance, durability, and reliability at a slightly better price point. The card reader is an added bonus although with an SD slot built into each of my computers I personally only use the reader in certain field applications where it performs quite well and is speedy as advertised. I own 32GB, 64GB, and 128GB capacity Lexar media and have been quite please with each. A great many of my shoots are outdoors and the card holds up to extremes in temperature as well as rigors of field use. I recommend this card/card reader combo and will continue to purchase Lexar media in the future.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from My favorite memory cards Let me get this out of the way: I'm not using any camera that takes advantage of the write speeds these cards are capable of. Where this really shines for me are the read speeds when dumping my footage onto a drive. Quick files transfers are a must in situations where time is a luxury, and these cards deliver when you have a UHS-II card reader. One negative is that the included card reader is bulky and feels cheap, I'd prefer if you could buy these cards without the reader, as I'd think they could bring the costs down somewhat. Still, the cards themselves are fantastic.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Speedy SDXC Card for Fuji X-T1 I picked these cards up for my Fuji X-T1. Works well. I think these are the fastest card you can get for this camera (with firmware 4.0) at the moment. I have always been a SanDisk shooter but this card converted me over to Lexar. The included USB card reader worked well with my Apple MacBook Pro.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from I only buy Lexar now I only bought SanDisk. But after reading a detailed review about the better read/write speeds available with the Lexar cards, I decided to try one. They're faster and cheaper than their SanDisk counterparts. But so far, they appear to be the same quality. I've yet to have one fail. Eventually they well. All memory eventually fails. Even my own memory. What were we talking about?

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Disappointed Unfortunately i have to give this memory card a 1 star, perhaps no star. I seems as though i got a defective card. I formatted it several times and was able to take 2 pictures at a time before consistently getting a read card error, write error or card not initialized. I got the x-t2 along with the xf16-55 with this card and i am new to the mirrorless system. In fact this is my first real camera, i usually just shoot with my iPhone, so this is a real disappointment. I now have to wait to get a replacement so i can hopefully enjoy my new camera. The local stores where i live do not carry this professional card.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Works with GH4 Camera I wanted to test this with my Lumix GH4 4k camera. Other slower speed media would sometimes choke on the 4k footage and stop recording. This media seems to do the job, and records for about 1.5 hours on the 64GB size. The small reader is about twice as fast with this card than my generic USB 3.0 reader. The card gets a little warm when downloading to my computer.
