Designed with an attention to reliability and repeatability, the Bushnell 4.5-18x40 AR Optics Riflescope combines a versatile zoom range with a large objective and fully multicoated optics to create a scope with bright and clear images, especially in low-light, that is well-suited for a variety of medium to long-range shooting tasks. Complementing the optical performance is the Drop Zone 308 BDC reticle that has been specifically calibrated for the unique ballistic drop of .308 caliber rounds. The duplex crosshair design features BDC indicators on the lower vertical axis for quick compensation out to 500 yards. Exposed windage and elevation turrets enable provide fast adjustment when more precision is required.
To protect the optics during a lifetime of use, the housing is made of an aluminum alloy with a scratch and corrosion-resistant matte-black anodized finish. It is nitrogen filled and O-ring sealed for water and fogproof performance in extreme or inclement weather.
