Purchased this for my Benro FBAT05C tripod, but it was actually smaller than the center column hole in the legs. Returned, which is too bad since it was lightweight and well made. I wish Benro would publish a list of compatible tripods to save the guesswork. Great no-hassle customer service from B&H on the return!

What is the diameter of the column?

What is the diameter of the column?

I have a Benro Tripster Caron fiber series 0 and the diameter of the regular center column is 21mm, so the short column cannot be 43mm. There is variation with the Tripster because it has a 2 piece center column. Which is why I asked the diameter on this one. 43mm is likely one of the much larger tripods.
