Metabones MB_NF-M43-BT2 overview

  • 1Description

Mount your Nikon F lens to your Micro Four Thirds camera with this T Adapter II from Metabones. Precision-crafted from brass and given chromium plating, this adapter is designed for daily use and will guarantee infinity focus. This model has a flocked interior that will limit flaring and ghosting from reflections inside the adapter, and a satin exterior finish matches that of most cameras for a unified appearance. Additionally, it has a detachable Arca-type compatible tripod foot for simple mounting to a variety of tripods.

While this adapter allows users to mount a Nikon F lens on their Micro Four Thirds camera, automatic functions such as autofocus and electronic aperture control will not be supported.

Nikon F Lens to Micro Four Thirds Camera T Adapter II (Black) is rated 3.6 out of 5 by 7.
Rated 5 out of 5 by from Gets the job done! Great adapter! Maintains infinity focus, and solid build.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Trustworthy and more adapter. I use some Nikon F mount Voigtlander SL11 lenses on MFT and had first purchased a Metabones Speedbooster. It was everything they claimed it was and I decided to also get the T Adapter for the full use of focal lengths. Metabones makes a precision product... no looseness, solidly built and matches the build quality of the CV lenses. Highly recommended.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Unusable I'm using this adapter to fit my Nikon lenses to my GH5s... the left 1/3rd of the frame goes gradually and quickly out of focus. This would be caused by bad machining and the adapter not being square. Even stopped down to small apertures trying to get as much depth of field as I can doesn't compensate with whatever is going on with the alignment. For me this adapter is less than worthless...

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Quite Tight, requires ghetto mods. Used this to adapt the Blackmagic Pocket Cinema Camera to Nikon F Lenses. The Nikon side of the adapter fits quite nice, but does not have a lever to adjust F-Stop (our Nikon Lenses use a mechanical lever to adjust we are stuck jamming the lever with a piece of plastic to the correct F-stop...fairly ghetto). The BPCC MFP side of the adapter was so tight I was worried it was going to shear the connector off my camera. It works, but I keep a spare set of trousers on hand whenever I have to use this adapter. Pro's: Solid AF.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Works well, fits well Fits on tightly to camera and lens mounts. Solid construction. Unfortunately can get in the way of other equipment because of bottom construction #sweepstakes

Rated 4 out of 5 by from It works. I plan on using this adapter with a vintage Vivitar Series 1 Nikon mount lens and a JVC LS300 video camera. Only done a few quick tests. Have not experience any problems so far.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from No hex key Metabones is good but they don't include the only hex key I don't already have. I sure don't need a tripod mounting for an Ultron pancake lens. A bit cheap on their part.
