The crop-factor with Micro Four-Thirds sensors is 2x. As this adapter does not have "speed booster" magnification elements, the crop factor will remain unchanged.

There is no electronics built into this adapter so I doubt it will give you any autofocus ability.

This one is for NON AI Nikkor lenses...The Version 1 allows for AI Nikkor lenses and also has the micro contacts for the earlier Nikkor AF lenses as well.
