This arrived broken. I reached out to the RockNRoller customer service team and got no response... it's been several weeks of emails and nothing... For poor customer service alone, I would avoid this.

Missing 1 washer on assembly. I thought it would make the cart more stable. It's nice to have a cart system that is versatile.
