The EON ONE from JBL is an all-in-one compact PA system that delivers professional-quality audio for live performances, meetings, conferences, and more. The base unit houses the 380W amplifier, 10" unobstructed subwoofer, and the 6-channel mixer. The high-frequency element features patent-pending Directivity Control Geometry, which optimizes the spacing and angles of the six high-frequency drivers to create a remarkable front-to-back coverage.

Channels 1 & 2 on the mixer offer XLR-1/4" connectors with dedicated treble, bass, and reverb controls. Channels 3 & 4 offer stereo 1/4" inputs or stereo RCA inputs while channels 5 & 6 offer a stereo 3.5mm input for connecting portable music players. Additionally, channels 5 & 6 offer Bluetooth audio streaming. The mixer also features a stereo RCA output monitor for connecting to additional speakers, recording devices, or other outboard gear.

The EON ONE includes two spacers allowing for three position configurations and further expanding the systems flexibility. The HF element and two spacers conveniently pack away into the base unit, which can be carried by one hand. An optional EON ONE bag is available, which includes wheels to aid in transporting the unit and provides protection from bumps and scratches. The EON ONE ships with the two spacers and a power cord.

EON ONE All-In-One Linear Array PA System is rated 4.0 out of 5 by 12.
Rated 3 out of 5 by from Poor Microphone Volume I bought this for karaoke gatherings. I first tried playing music on my cellphone by bluetooth, and often there are breaks in the music. But OK with the RCA connector. Next I plugged in my Shure SM58. The microphone volume is poor, not even to fill my living room. So I plugged the SM58 into my Mackie Mixer and connected that to the RCA input of the Eon One. Sounded fabulous: superb sound quality and fidelity. But hey, I wanted this to be freestanding without a mixer to go along! So no, this has not been designed right, and the microphone preamps are poor.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from JBL EON ONE Although the ION is just 250w if you have carpeting and a unused corner to help magnify the rich sound coming from this set it sounds like a 500w system...... I love it... It satisfies my desire to hear my music loud... The ION unit does a very good job at covering your highs, mids, lows but if your looking for more bass you’ll want to add a sub for a full spectrum listening experience....

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Totally Awesome I just bout a pair of the eon one. I still have my JBL EONS G2 and JBL JRX 118 Powered Subs which have been great for years. The EON ONE'S are a total upgrade making gigs easier. Well worth the buy. I finally replaced my old system.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Poor Microphone Input Sensitivity I bought this unit as a stand alone unit to use at small venues, and liked the way the extension tubes all fit into the base unit. However the Mic input sensitivity was not correct (as bourn out by the amount of complaints in owners reviews). If put my guitar into the second input there was plenty of volume. I use a Shure 58 beta low impedance Microphone and decided to try putting a low to high impedance matching transformer on the end of the lead and found the volume was now "twice as loud". Connecting a TC Helicon Mic Mechanic echo/reverb pedal in the circuit also increased the volume. This shows that the inputs have not been correctly matched for low impedance microphones. The eon one now has plenty of volume and sounds great.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Amazing I bought a single EON ONE for my one man band show. I use a Korg Triton keyboard running full band backing tracks into channel 2, my vocal mics into channel 1 via a rack mixer that also has compression and delay, and my electric and acoustic guitars plug into channels 3 and 4. I also use a theremin which I connect through the vocal mixer. I used the system for a gig last wednesday and the sound was perfect. I even left my monitor speaker at home since somehow the EON One shoots enough sound out the side that I can hear it while I'm playing. I also play with an acoustic duo and I used the system for a gig last saturday night and we never sounded so good. I was very impressed with the first EON ONE so I bought another one so I can use them both in larger rooms. Definitely the best piece of sound equipment I've ever bought in my 40 years of playing live. Thanks you.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Much better then Bose Alternative I compared this and the Bose L1 head to head at GC. The difference was night and day. The Crispness, the details and the Bass were top notch. The Bose...well underwhelming to say the least. Bose L1 felt just on 2 or 3 level below. Not good. I highly recommend the JBL Eon One. It is on a different level and it is about to get home!!!

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Very Portable n easy to setup, with out much fuss. I got this in 10 days ago and put it to its paces, my findings overall are good for the most part. I feel the structure is not as I'd expect of a pro style equip, very plastic and the arrays and extensions are so very hard to separate as the plastic material is such perhaps over time they may loosen up , im just hoping that it won't mess up the connections having to pry it open.certainly there are some missing elements like perhaps an xlr line out, not sure how they call it a 6channel mixer perhaps because of the left and right RCA inputs or the 1/4 inputs but I'm not sure u can use them both together the rca and 1/4inch inputs same with Bluetooth and the mini stereo jack input, not sure u can plug in something and use Bluetooth at the same time or is it because it's stereo and is considered 2 channels? The base is good, sadly almost too much, wish there was a way to control the base output(without an external mixer), the midrange leaves a little to be questioned, however it does sound great out doors. Indoors it takes on a different feel. Bluetooth seems to constantly noticeably drop and can be rather annoying. I yet have to call customer service to ask about that, not sure it's a manufacturing defect or it's just not a well configurated element in the whole system?get used to disconnecting Bluetooth every time u use a different device even tho only one of them is being used, small but annoying something to do, doesn't happen in other JBL products. Great portability factor ,ease of use and set up,is what I went for and I have that. Overall decent sound I'd say ,poorly constructed (the cheaply plastic feel/look does not effect sound) but I'd expect a little better from JBL.(The smaller components they make look and feel sharp)

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Excellent except for low microphone volume I do own this unit. I connect my Mackie mixer to it via TSR inputs into the mic/line inputs. The clarity of the sound is excellent. Bluetooth works fine so often just to enjoy music I will connect my smartphone and listen to Pandora or whatever, on it. But if you want to have an audience by itself without a mixer, you will find the volume from the built-in microphone pre-amps somewhat disappointing in terms of volume. If I take the foam covers off my Shure SM58s, I guess I could have this work for say 20-30 people but just about. I really like that it has 2 XLR/Line inputs, and a third combo input with its own volume control for TSR 1/4 line in or 1/8 line in, whichever you choose. By the way, for the 1/4 inputs, always use TSR cables; I first used a TS but got hardly any volume out. But for Bluetooth you adjust the volume on your smartphone/ipad, or the Master volume control. All said and done, using my Mackie ProFx4v2 mixer and its reverbs, the Eon One is just superb. The reverb on the Eon One is not bad too. The bass is impressive. I hate PA speakers that you have to put on a stand, they look ugly in my view but this speaker does its job without being so obvious. I only use one extension rod, not both. I have auditioned a Bose L1 Compact, but turned it down because the Eon One has more inputs and the sound is more impressive. But the L1 Compact would be lighter to carry to a venue. Hope this review helps.
