Can this mount fit a 70in tv?
You need to check the specs on the TV for the mounting pattern distance. I've used them for commercial 55" QM Samsung. I wouldn't recommend using these on anything larger than a 55".

asus rog pg348q has 3.93" X 3.93" VESA mount. This is, in mm, 100mm X 100mm. The Atdec Telehook TH-2050-VFM will take VESA mount from 100 x 100 to 400 x 400 mm. So, YES.
