Arrived a day early! Holds 4 lightstans, 4 umbellas, 2 Softboxes 2 tripods and a couple lightweight reflector-holder boom arms. Still a bit of room left. Glad I didn't choose the larger size as this is heavy with all the stuff inside. Tie down straps inside and substantial outer lock/clamps. Have yet to test durability but so far very pleased with the storage volume. I will be moving cross country so this will negate the need for packing gear in multiple boxes. Thanks B&H

Has anyone traveled a lot with these? How well do these fare in frequent air travel?

Although we have not put it to the test directly, the SKB 1SKB-H4812W Regular ATA Stand Case is ATA-certified for specification 300, Category 1, which is the highest standard for airline transport containers, and has the potential to stand up well to the rigors of frequent air travel.
