Zoom in on your subjects with the Osmo+, DJI's first handheld gimbal with an integrated zoom camera. Featuring 3.5x optical and 2x digital zoom, the Osmo+ offers up to 7x zoom when shooting in Full 1080p resolution, and up to 3.5x zoom at all other resolutions.

The Osmo+ features a 4K camera capable of capturing DCI 4K (4096 x 2160) resolution at 24/25 fps, Ultra HD 4K (3840 x 2160) at up to 30 fps, 2.7K, and Full HD 1080p at 24-120 fps. It also shoots sharp 12MP still photos. The Osmo+ is also designed with advanced stabilization that will help you shoot smoother video, and it is also optimized for increased stability during stills capture.

Audio can be captured via an on-board mic or an included external FlexiMic, which plugs into the front of the gimbal handle and unobtrusively points in the direction of the subject. The on-board mic is located on the handle. The detachable handle also features a joystick and other controls. The Osmo+ records to microSD cards up to 64GB, sold separately.

An iPhone can be mounted in an included phone holder on the side of the handle to display a live feed from the camera via a high-speed Wi-Fi link using a designated DJI iOS app, so you can monitor your shots, including your zooming in and out.

This gimbal is also compatible with a variety of support accessories, such as a Bike Mount, that will allow you to expand your modes of use. The Osmo+ comes with a 1225mAh battery, a charger, and other accessories.

Up to 7x Zoom
Featuring 3.5x optical and 2x digital zoom, the Osmo+ allows you to zoom in on your subjects by up to 7x, from a focal length of 22 to 77mm, when shooting in 1080p resolution, and by up to 3.5x at all other resolutions.
Advanced 4K Camera
Shoot up to crisp DCI 4K (4096 x 2160) resolution at 24/25 fps, UHD 4K at up to 30 fps, video and 1080p at 120 fps for slow motion video, with enhanced sound capture through the included FlexiMic. Or capture 12 megapixel stills in Adobe DNG RAW for more editing freedom.
Advanced Stabilization
The Osmo+ builds on the advanced stabilization technology introduced with the Osmo to keep the camera flat no matter how you move it, whether you are live streaming or shooting your first film, and it has been optimized for ultimate stability during stills capture.
Moving Selfies
A focal distance that starts from just 19.7" means you are perfectly in focus when shooting an action selfie. Just triple tap the trigger button to enter Selfie Mode and start shooting.
Motion Timelapse
Osmo+ helps you record the passage of time more easily than ever. Just mark where you want the camera movement to start and end, and tap 'Start' to create moving timelapses without additional specialist equipment.
Detailed Panorama
Take big, detailed landscape photos you will want to frame using only your smartphone and the Osmo+. Its Panorama function automatically captures and blends nine separate photos together to create one stunning photo.
Long Exposure
Take long exposure shots with absolute crispness and sharpness, even without a tripod. The stabilization system in the Osmo+ keeps the camera still so you can freehand-capture long exposures.
Accessorize
The Osmo+ supports a number of optional mounts and extensions so that you can use it in almost any situation. A tripod lets you set the Osmo+ down for added stability or long-distance control. The Bike Mount allows you to take the Osmo+ for a ride, and an Extension Rod opens up a range of brand new angles.

Osmo+ Handheld Gimbal with 4K Zoom Camera is rated 3.4 out of 5 by 48.
Rated 1 out of 5 by from DON'T BUY OSMO Bought it to shoot on location and I am stuck with the piece of garbage. I can not shoot. I not only want to return it but also want OSMO to be responsible for ruining my shoot. Software is full of self promoting ads, WIFI connection always goes bad and can not see the video, carrying case is made so tight that you need more carrying case to carry other things, audio sucks, and so on...endless complain. iPhones shoot better videos than this noisy camera, batteries die really fast and you need to buy a lot of them, which take forever to charge. Online support and resource are limited, and dated and you will find yourself searching for information via forums and other sites. Shame on you OSMO.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Great concept, too complicated, poor customer service I thought this was going to be an incredible solution for my needs due to the stabilization through the Gimbal. I am disappointed in this camera for 2 reasons: 1) it just takes too long to assemble each time you see a great shot and if you try to shoot without connecting to a phone or ipad you just don't know whether the shot is framed just right and whether the image is properly exposed. 2) the wifi connection is sub-par. I only get 2 bars even when my phone or ipad is right next to the camera. I sent it in for repair and it was sent back to me with a note that it is working as it should. Well, if it is DJI, it is just a really poor product. I would have preferred the stability of a wired connection if wifi connection is that poor!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Excellent once you understand it. I've been very happy with panoramas and timelapse videos, especially motion timelapses, once I figured them out. The instructions, even the ones you download from the web, are so rudimentary as to be almost useless. But my only real disappointment is the lack of a tripod socket. You have to buy an extension to get that basic feature.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Lots of Potential - But a big buggy. As a former owner of the original Osmo, I really wanted to live the new Osmo +. I jumped on board and got one of the first batches once it became available. I was sad to discover several annoying issues with it that perhaps is due to it being new and will be fixed in time with firmware updates but I couldn't wait around for that and thus I returned it. These issues I did not experience with the original Osmo but I did with the Osmo+ Cons : 1) AF is a pain in my opinion. On the original Osmo, it's fixed focus. On this one you have to tap the screen to focus which isn't ideal as your running around with it in hand. So often I'd watch my footage only to learn later that I didn't have it in focus. 2) Aperture readout in app is stuck on f2.8 and does not change with zoom although I can see the image get darker. Not a big deal. Just a bug. 3) Digital zoom. It was inconsistent. Sometimes I'd see it engage and others not so much. The manual is so thin on all this stuff. I wish there was a way to turn digital zoom off. And also a way to control speed of the zoom. Using the app zoom is slow, and using the trigger+joystick it's fast. 4) Audio sync issues especially if you are rolling for more than a few minutes. I didn't have any external mics connected in my use. 5) Lens not Connected error. No idea what this was. Only popped up a few times but seemed totally random and I prevented me momentarily from recording. 6) No lens cap. (really DJI?) A basic lens cap and the basic base/stand should be included IMO. Pros: 1) Same great stabilization as original Osmo. And the ability to work with z axis adapter is a nice option to have. 2) Minimum focus distance. Much better than original Osmo and was the one thing I really loved about this vs the original (you can actually get decent semi-shallow DOF). Sadly, if you get a nice tight shot in something and then pull away, the AF wouldn't adjust unless you tap on screen. 3) Audio - on board audio better than original Osmo. 4) Motion time-lapse - Great results and easy to use! But on your phone you'll end up with not just a preview of the final video (which is nice) but I got every single frame individually sent to my gallery as well. Ugh. Not sure how to stop that as, again, the info and manuals on this stuff is sparce. In the end... Lots of potential but perhaps they need to work out the kinks.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from OSMO+ doesn't work with X5 Camera Adapter Bracket Bought this to upgrade to the + from standard, for use with the X5 camera and adapter bracket. When I tried to connect it, I found out that for some reason the X5 bracket will NOT connect (rotating latch only closes 1/2 way). Why this would be the case is unknown to me, but rather than gaining ultimate flexibility for my kit, now I must buy a Standard OSMO Handle (again) to use the X5 camera in the mix. What gives? Another plan to increase overall sales? I cannot believe that this is an oversight? DJI must be trying to sell the optical focus capability to people (by pushing their new camera) without allowing them to add an X5. Caveat Emptor! I wish someone had written this up BEFORE I had ordered it? Early adopter blues for sure!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Very Sweet N Smooth This is my first Osmo. I am not sure about the original Osmo, but with this Osmo+ you will need to create a DJI account on the Go App and then register your Osmo+ before it will actually work. The annoying part about registering is, first you need to connect to the Osmo+ through the GO App, once it has collected the SN you will then need to connect to your own WiFi to allow the App to upload your info and activate your Osmo+. Other than that a very sweet piece of equipment.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Good concept, some serious flaws on the + version This review does not refers to the seller, just the product. Here it is my reasoning for the generous one star: if you are at this page, you must know by now what a DJI Osmo+ is and what it does, I am not going to bore you to death with the details. One good thing though, it was supposed to be the zoom on the + model. It is there, but is not much... It has good image stabilization, however for best results you may need an extra accessory ( the arm ), which really makes it great. Quality of the image without zoom, is really good. What is bothersome is the fact that the focus, is ... well - out of focus. When recording, the camera does NOT auto-focus when the gimbal stops. When you are NOT recording, the camera DOES auto-focus when the gimbal stops. The so-called auto-focus or real time focus is, to put it simply, quite useless. I have the latest firmware update. It is a major issue when shooting video as you have to keep focusing and refocusing as you follow actions/people. My suggestion is to hold off with your purchase until DJI will fix this problem. Or who knows, they may not.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from DJI makes great products, this is not one of them. Product works alright. Not worth the price in my mind. PROS: * Stabilization is great * Small and lightweight CONS: * Awful DR * DJI Log is awful * extreme high noise at even 800 ISO, and 1600 is just garbage * 4K image looks bad, soft, not crisp. Even taking 4K image and exporting at 1080P doesn't really increase sharpness or noise reduction. * Battery life is awful, 45 minutes tops * App is decent, but loves to drain battery in the background. Image quality makes this product almost unusable to me. Maybe the next generation would be worth it, but right now the sensor being as awful as it is, I can't see myself using it.
