The CyberPower SX625G 8-Outlet Surge Protector and Battery Backup UPS safeguards your connected equipment from surges and provides up to 2 minutes of battery power, letting you safely shut down a desktop computer or workstation. This UPS is designed for use with 120V electrical systems and outputs up to 375W of power through eight surge-protected outlets. If a power outage occurs, four of these outlets also supply power utilizing a built-in battery. Aside from 890 J of surge protection, the CyberPower SX625G is outfitted with EMI/RFI coils, which help improve picture and sound quality in AV systems, along with line conditioning and automatic voltage regulation to prolong the life of sensitive equipment.
CyberPower has equipped the SX625G with LED lights and audible alarms to let you know of a wiring fault, a low battery, or an overload. Data line protection is on board to prevent surges coming from RJ11 and coax lines. Other notable features include USB connectivity and free downloadable PowerPanel Personal Edition software, so you can control and monitor the UPS with your computer. Furthermore, the SX625G comes with four widely-spaced outlets for transformer-sized adapters as well as a 5' power cord with a right-angled plug, allowing you to easily access a wall socket behind a cabinet or entertainment center.
Supplies power long enough for equipment to properly shut down when utility power fails, while preventing loss of data and minimizing component stress caused by a hard shutdown
Diverts excess voltage away from sensitive electronic equipment during an AC power surge or power spike
Data Line Protection
Prevents power surges that travel through telephone/network and coaxial lines from causing damage to electronics
Ensures that when incoming power drops below or surges above safe voltage levels, the UPS switches to DC battery power and then inverts to AC power to run connected equipment
Simulated Sine Wave Output
Uses pulse wave modulation to generate a stepped, approximated sine wave to supply cost-effective battery backup power for equipment that does not require sine wave output
EMI/RFI noise filtering coils decrease problems caused by electromagnetic fields and radio frequency interference as well as smooth minor current fluctuations, which cause disruptive humming and static
Line Conditioning with Automatic Voltage Regulation (AVR)
Prolongs the life of sensitive electronic equipment, and AVR line conditioning adjusts the incoming AC voltage, keeping it within safe levels and reducing stress caused by power fluctuations
LED Status Lights
Indicate Power-On and wiring faults
GreenPower UPS High-Efficiency Design
Reduces power consumption, utilizing a compact charger and power inverter to create an efficient backup power system for home and office use
Minimizes noise during operation for a quieter work environment
PowerPanel Personal Edition Software
Free downloadable software that provides a user-friendly dashboard interface for controlling and monitoring the UPS
Connected Equipment Guarantee
CyberPower will repair or replace properly connected equipment if it is damaged by a power surge
CyberPower will repair or replace a defective UPS system (including batteries) within three years of the purchase date
