Build quality is solid for sure! Have been using this as just an extra layer of protection in my matte box. I have also been using vaseline and other various colored items to make odd effects when shooting. Cleans off great and so far has been something I find myself using more than I initially thought I would.

Is this the correct filter to use on a NiSi 150mm Holder System for the Nikon 14-24 f/2.8g lens? If so, would it prevent dust and sand from making contact with the lens?

You can fit a 6 x 6 filter into a 150mm filter holder. (The 6 x 6 is only 2mm larger) You would have to put the filter in the rearmost slot. This will protect the lens from direct hits. However, you may wish to do what we do on a movie set and use black paper tape to seal the filter so that no sand/dust/water droplets can get in. Permacel/Shurtape Pro Tapes and Specialties Pro 46 Paper Tape - 2 x 60 Yds (Black) B&H # PEPM46260B.

Is the filter holder is available along with the Redrock micro Matt box,or should I buy as an accessory, which size filter is compatible with Canon cn-e 14.5 to 60mm t/2.6 lens(133 front diameter)

The filter holder in the Redrock micro Matt Box holds up to 4x5.65" filters. But if one is using the Canon cn-e 14.5 to 60mm t/2.6 lens with a 133mm diameter, one will need a Formatt Hitech 165mm Lucroit Filter Holder Kit: https://bhpho.to/2Lazzp8 for 165mm filters.such as the Formatt Hitech 165 x 165mm Firecrest ND 0.3 to 0.9 Filter Kit: https://bhpho.to/2KRpcHF

Is this the same glass used in the ND Filters?

It is the same grade of optical glass, but this particular style of that glass is the NiSi Water White glass. Other than that, though, it is the same H-K9L glass found in the standard NiSi ND filters.
