Ibanez ASV10A Artcore Vintage Series Hollow-Body Electric Guitar (Transparent Black Low Gloss)

Styled in a transparent black low gloss finish, the Artcore Vintage Series ASV10A from Ibanez is a hollow-body electric guitar featuring a maple top, back and sides, and an Artcore mahogany set-in neck. Other features include a bound rosewood fingerboard with aged white block inlay, 22 medium frets, an ART-1 bridge, a Quik Change III tailpiece, and antique chrome hardware. The Classic Elite humbucking pickups offer a variety of rich, nuanced tones with fat low end. The pickups are selectable via a 3-way toggle switch, and can be adjusted using the dedicated volume and tone controls for each pickup.

The maple body balances out the "boomy" characteristics of hollow-body instruments by adding brightness and articulation to its tonal profile. The distressed treatment of the wood, hardware, and pickups gives the impression of a worn vintage instrument with years of use. Complementing the guitar's finish, the set of Sure Grip III volume and tone control knobs have a deep honey color inspired by instruments from the late '50s and '60s, which adds to the guitar's vintage vibe.
