The Dahua Technology Pro Series 4MP Network 30x PTZ Turret Camera features a 1/3" CMOS imager and 30x optical zoom lens for capturing videos at a maximum resolution of 2592 x 1520. For applications with both bright and low-light conditions that change quickly, true WDR (120 dB) optimizes both the bright and dark areas of a scene at the same time to provide usable video. Enclosed in an IP66-rated housing, the camera can be used for both indoor and outdoor applications. This day/night camera provides 24-hour surveillance thanks to a removable IR cut filter and four built-in IR LEDs with a range of up to 328'.
The IVS (Intelligent Video System) is a built-in video analytics algorithm that delivers intelligent functions to monitor a scene for tripwire violations, intrusion detection, and abandoned or missing objects. A camera with IVS responds to monitoring events in a specific area. In addition to scene analytics, the camera supports face detection to capture a face and upload the image to a server. The camera also offers tamper detection by recognizing a dramatic scene change and generating a warning message to inspect the camera.
The Auto Tracking feature controls pan/tilt/zoom actions of the camera to automatically track an object in motion and to keep it in the scene. The tracking action can be triggered manually or automatically by defined rules. Once a rule is triggered, the camera can zoom in and track the defined target automatically.
Utilizing Dahua's algorithm technology, the Defog feature dynamically adjusts the camera's contrast settings to provide improved image quality in scenes affected by fog, smog, mist, smoke, or other low-contrast interference.
The camera conforms to the ONVIF (Open Network Video Interface Forum) and to PSIA (Physical Security Interoperability Alliance) specifications, ensuring interoperability between network video products regardless of manufacturer.
With a temperature range of -22 to +140°F, the camera is designed use in harsh temperature environments. The 6KV lightning rating means that the camera and its structure are protected from the effects of lightning.
