was looking for the perfect rechargeable AA batteries for my Nikon flashes. Had been using lithium but they became much more expensive during the pandemic. These are rated at 1.4 on a battery tester and recycle fast enough for fill flash.

I got sick and tired of paying so much for batteries and finally purchased the rechargeables. Glad i did. Takes a while to charge them but they hold their charge longer and when they need changing just slip them in the charger and it's like putting a new pair in your device.

Keeps cranking out the power for an amazing time...

I've used regular Powerex batteries for many years, and they're great... but these Powerex Pros actually keep my camera running quite a few hours longer. That greatly reduces the number of battery changes, and keeps you shooting instead of fumbling around with your camera. I absolutely love them !

Love the fact that they come with a case for each 4 batteries, that way I have labeled the case and kept in order, knowing which I have used and which are still charged.

I stopped using external battery packs after I started using these batteries. I have about a dozen batteries and the c9000 charger. Need four more for my keyboard and mouse.

how long do they last in an unopen pkg? I have unopen pkg for 5 years few not charging.
Asked by: Karen
They should last quite a while, however if it has been that long, I would recommend leaving them in a charger for a few cycles to "warm them up" a bit before using them in say a flash.
