The 100-pack of Stickies Advanced Squared Adhesive Pads from Rycote are double-sided hypoallergenic adhesive pads used to affix lavalier microphones directly to the skin or on top of clothing. Additionally, the soft fabric is sandwiched between two adhesive pads that prevent the adhered microphone from creaking due to skin or clothing movement. It mounts a lavalier mic silently on clothing for interviews.

I left a good review for these Advanced Stickies previously, but in early 2025 Rycote has clearly changed the materials and it is much worse. Specifically the inner foam layer easily tears/separates from the outer adhesive faces, so this means when removing the stickies from clothing or lav mounts, each side of this âoreo cookieâ remain stuck to theor respective surfaces. The adhesive faces (which used to be 3M 200MP), is now something inferior and noticeably less sticky. They finally gave me a reason to stop spending insane money on tape 𤨠(photo: top is newer/thinner/weaker - even the backing paper).
I've been buying all sizes of these advanced stickies and I love them. They stick far better than the older version to all types of fabrics, are hypoallergenic and can even be used a couple times. These square ones are especially great since they perfectly cover the Sanken RM11 mount. Not sure why they're so much more expensive than the round ones but they're worth it.
